Justin is a strong advocate for capacity building, skill development and opportunity creation for Indigenous people, particularly young Indigenous Australians. In 2008 he was lead facilitator of the 2020 Youth Summit, managed national consultations for the Australian Youth Forum, and co-lead facilitator of the National Youth Roundtable. Previously Justin was facilitator of the National Indigenous Youth Leadership Group (NIYLG) and is a regular supporter of leadership and development forums and conferences. Justin passionately believes that information must enlighten; that knowledge must be balanced with understanding; and that insight comes through empathy.
